What type of customers are your products aimed at?
Our wide product range covers the needs of consumers of all ages. They are all unisex products and have a long experience in all markets.
What markets are your products geared to?
We have products designed for different existing distribution channel markets: Pharmacy, Parapharmacies, Mass market, Aesthetic Centres, Perfumery and Professional Hairdressing.
Can I make one of your products with my own brand?
Yes. Although we have own-brand products, our biggest market is contract manufacturing in terms of private label.
Can I make a presentation different to yours?
Yes. Since it is a direct deal with the manufacturer, the presentations most suitable for your market can be designed.
Can I change the format of the patches?
Yes, for the same reason as stated above. Moreover, the state-of-the-art technology on which our products are based allows us to provide cosmetic solutions for different aspects and the very same composition and action.
Can I apply my own formula to your technologies?
Yes. The product development team will get to work to adapt your formulation and its active agents to the most suitable technology for you (transdermal, hydrogel, strip…). In this sense, extraordinary results can be obtained.
How can I register your products?
Registering brands depends on each product and each country. We offer you personalised assessment throughout the process of product registration.
Are there minimum purchases?
Yes. The "minimum purchase" depends upon the type of product chosen, the mode of purchase order (customize product, standard, ABC Farma brand products, customer's own formula, etc.) For more information, you can get in contact with our commercial departments.
What are the delivery times?
If your firm decides to customize the product, the delivery time will be 90 days maximum from receipt of the "final artworks" and "firm order". If your firm opts for our standard products, the lead time will be 45 days from receipt of the order.
What are the conditions of delivery?
